She has over 5 years of experience working with at-risk children and adolescents. Her areas of special interest include working with children and their families to develop a positive path for their future.


Lori Luna, M.S. Ed.
Clinical Supervisor

YSB ImageLori obtained her Master of Science in Education- Community Counseling at Western Illinois University. She has worked with families in the community for 15 years providing counseling services. She enjoys working with individuals struggling with adjustment and mood disorders, anxiety and depression . She works with parents on discipline techniques and parent education. Lori also provides couples and family counseling. She conducts groups in the schools for children struggling with behavioral and academic difficulties.

Ronald Martinez, MA,  LCPC
Family Therapist

YSB ImageRon received his Masters in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and has 14 years of post master’s experience in professional counseling.  Ron’s areas of expertise include counseling from a Christian perspective, anger issues, sex addiction, couple and family counseling, adolescent issues, parenting issues, depressive disorders, and anxiety disorders.

YSB ImageDaylia is a graduate of Argosy University in Schaumburg IL, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and her Master's degree in Community Counseling. She has over 13 years of experience working with children and adolescents. Her areas of special interest include working with children and their families, behavioral and adjustment issues, parenting issues, play therapy, couples therapy, developing diversity awareness, and group counseling.

Nicole Zook, MA.
Family Therapist

Nicole Zook, MA.Nicole Zook received her B.A. in Psychology from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN in 2006. Upon graduation she enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, leaving as a sergeant in 2010 after deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan where she earned multiple personal awards. After receiving an honorable discharge, she returned to Northeastern Illinois University and received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2014. She is currently a member of the American Counseling Association, American Mental Health Counselors Association, and Illinois Counseling Association. Nicole has worked with children, adolescents, and families for 5 years and enjoys working with individuals struggling with depression, play therapy techniques, parent-child relational problems, military families and veterans' issues.
