Funding to provide Youth Service Bureau’s services comes from public and private sources.  These include United Way, local governments, Rock Island County, 708 Mental Health Board, State of Illinois and private contributors.

The Youth Service Bureau is a not-for-profit agency and an equal opportunity employer governed by a 15-member board of local citizens and community leaders.

The Youth Service Bureau supports the United Way volunteer review process.  If you choose to designate your contribution please consider the Youth Service Bureau as your contribution recipient.
